Recovered wood, mainly oak, but also chestnut, acacia, larch and pine (used for containment of the lagoon banks), takes on particular colours and unique textures, typical of elements that have undergone permineralization processes due to prolonged immersion in muddy seabed and salty water. The safety of recovered materials is verified by specific chemical analyses performed by an accredited external institute that, prior to processing, certifies their non-toxicity and suitability for re-use.
All Lagoon Heritage Reinvented productions, each with its own distinctive characteristics, are marked and numbered at origin to guarantee the uniqueness of the piece and certify to the quality of the materials and the workmanship of the transformation.
